Health benefits of aliminium cans
Share
Important properties of cans are their impermeability to light, which prevents the formation of bacteria, and also the strength of aluminum, which prevents the decomposition of substances from the can into the drink we drink. The main criticism that plastic bottles face is their danger when exposed to sunlight or higher temperatures. It's no coincidence that every PET bottle says: "Keep in a cool place and protect from direct sunlight." In these conditions, plastic bottles can emit substances such as Bisphenol A or micropastes and nanoplastics. Bisphenol A disrupts the function of enzymes in our body and is associated with many health risks. After prolonged use of plastic bottles, cracks form in them, in which bacteria and mold settle.
As for cans - Those that are not treated with a plastic layer containing BPA (these are the majority on the market these days) are safe for our health and leave the water 100% clean.
